Apple Computers was the first computer to introduce the graphical user interface in their
Macintosh technology. They are also the first one to use and promote the mouse as the ultimate controls for a computer. Macintosh was launched in 1984.
A year later, Microsoft launched the Windows to compete with them. With that occurrence, everything changed for
Apple Computers. They somewhat lost the battle that time. But now, they have become again one of the super-powers of the electronic age with their powerbooks, ipods, and
colorful computer hardware.
